Salon Nicole is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. The following suggestions will help them continue to meet their goals:
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled for another day or time.
- Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a 50% service charge.
- Please inform them if you are using Retin-A, Acutane, Glycolics or have sensitive skin prior to waxing.
- Please use professional hair care products. Salon Nicole cannot guarantee chemical services if you are not.
- Salon Nicole has a smoke free policy.
